Unlikely unfortunately,
Found a tweet by some dodgy source saying Sam Winnall is on his way (back) for £500k (His market value is c. £1m-£2m apparently).
99% b.s. But there we go, worth a post .
Would like Burton deadline day Drama...!

Maybe when Nasser extended his contract on what was likely to be average, at best, wages he negotiated a break clause at £350k. Many contracts now do have such a thing. Maybe when he extended his contract he could have gone to Reading or wherever for nowt but maybe he wanted to stay with JFH.
Anyways it has yet to be announced as a done deal...

Correct Funky - However, given where we are, I'd like the deal to go through

To be frank I'm a bit more concerned about a replacement for the run in. We've got to give it a go and I don't think our bench looks that strong. I'm not advocating spending the 350k at all just I hope Cloughie is thinking about it. Losing Nasser is an attacking option down. Still think it a good deal, Nasser is very much an unknown talent still and wasn't always in our 1st XI.

And tonight QPR have sent Jay Emmanuel-Thomas (Dons) and Leroy Fer (Swansea) out on loan. Will Nasser walk in?

Nasser - Under JFH (This season): 20 Games, 8 Goals, 2 assists, goal involvement % - 42% Under Clough: 8 Games. 0 Goals, 1 Assist, goal involvement % - 8% So yeah...can understand why we sold. Step up Lucas Akins

Agreed. My moms school had jimmy booked the week before he left... And Nasser was supposed to go in this week xD Full marks to Nasser, even though he has signed up for QPR he still turned up at the school in Burton this week. See BAFC website. Hope he told the kids he won't be seen anymore at the Pirelli, well maybe next season hey! Good luck to the lad.

Nasser came on last ten and set up winning goal
That's a good start for our "big sell-on clause"

Glad the lad did well - felt we missed him. Interesting - I must respectfully disagree. Bennet did well and I felt he was stronger than nass. Though a little less flamboyant!

I agree. But I think that made us pass it around a bit more rather than players trying to beat someone and ping in a cross, we just passed it around them instead Onwards and upwards!
