I bought 3 neutrals with me and they all said it was the best game they've been to in a very long time so that's good I guess!

Great game of football. Great atmosphere with a packed away end. Fair result.
Probably best game of the season. We looked far more creative up front than any other game this season but also we looked overrun in midfield at times and hence under pressure at the back moreso than any other game this season.
We do need Robbie Weir and I hope Sheriff can get back soon.

Fantastic entertainment, a really crackling game, well refereed in the first half…
Happy with the point but certainly rueing the chances we missed, Duffy scored a cracking goal but missed two fantastic opportunities when one on one (with time) in either half.
Unsure about the first penalty, but once it was given I was fearful of a red for Moose. 2nd penalty was a clear push (and a daft one) from Edwards (also could have been a red). Just as clear a push as the lift and slam on Beavon - but hey the ref an linesman didn't see it that way.
Superb football from both teams, they surprised me with the pace in their team, caused us a few problems.

Glad of the point here, sure we could have won especial with Duffy one on one with the keeper. Few negatives around us about Clough, but give the man a chance for god's sake, sure he'll do a good job. Thoroughly enjoyed the game good stuff from both teams, ref was a #### at times though.

Though I agree good point, and 'we could have won'. We could have very very easily lost.

Great game, fair result I think even though we were playing against 12 men in the 2nd half. I actually thought the ref had a good 1st half but his Yorkshire roots betrayed him 2nd half ! My dad was a Yorkshire man before any one has a go ! Albion wise 2 good finishes from Butcher, a few missed chances and a superb equaliser from Duffy even though he did miss 2 good chances, a brilliant penalty save from McLaughlin low in the corner, a harsh penalty given against Mousinho and a silly one given away by Edwards who by that time was having a bit of a personal battle with Tyson. Donny wise, lots of pace and composure in midfield but a bit loose at the back. Brilliant finish by Williams, a slam dunk from a defender on Beavon that wasn't seen by the officials and generally a good battling performance, think they will hurt a few of our rivals on progressing up the league. There was that much happening that I have probably missed a few incidents, I thought El Khayati was brought down in the final seconds but the ref chickened out and blew for time ! I'm exhausted now. Come on you Brewers and a Merry Christmas to all Brewers on this forum and every where throughout the globe !
PS Great spirit and character shown by the players to never give in snatch a point and then almost win the game.

Really entertaining game, if I was a neutral I'd have enjoyed it more perhaps - it was a very good advert for League One, watching two sides who tried to play decent football. However, we're all Brewers fans so see the game from a different perspective. What pleased me was the never say die attitude of the side, clawing a point back when this could have been a defeat, so well done Brewers, and well done for being top of League One thus far. I thought Doncaster were a decent side and might even be an outside call for reaching the play offs, they'll certainly take points off other sides near the top this season. Welcome back Nigel. UTB.

Yes was a great game played in the right spirit by both teams. Nothing worse though than watching footie as a neutral

Well reading several social media sites it sounds from many folk that it was an entertaining match, a few comments on a negative side. If one is allowed to comment from video only: - 3 very good goals from us, Naylors interception and through pass to Butcher was great. Superb finish from Duffy - their first pen was never a pen in a million years for me, he played for it - thought Jono could have done better on two of their goals
TOTT and Merry Chrismas to all.

Top of the league for Xmas. Now we know what that means in the premier league... But what does it usually mean for league one?!
Transfer window is on its way soon. Who's Clough got influence over for loanees?

Jonno maybe could have kept out the first one but had no chance with the freekick or penalty?

I have just had an interesting fbook exchange with my Doncaster fan friend. We were talking about the game and I said that Doncaster will be a different team under Ferguson. He pointed out the similarities between him and Clough- being the sons of the father; he wondered how much, if any influence Fergie had upon his son now that he has retired from management. I wonder if he comes to many matches as Brian used to at Eaton Park? Where was Eaton Park norah ? I know Albion played at Eton Park and prior to that Wellington street Sorry.. have you not clicked that i can't spell and at the moment my point of reference for spelling Eaton / Eton is Little Eaton in Derby where there is a rather nice pub called the Queen's Head which I seem to frequent on a regular basis!

I also heard some diatribe about Mr Clough but not much. They are entitled to their opinion. Even if it is censored work.
Great game, Doncaster were bloody great and we managed to get a point against one of the best sides I have seen this season. A really good point today. Well played Brewers.

Merry Christmas to all my fellow Brewers fans. May all young peoples xmas stockings contain some Brewers related merchandise, lets try to hook these youngsters to have Albion has there no,1 club.

Watching it live the interception by Naylor seemed to be one of those that just hit him, he couldn't get out of the way of it. Used it really well though, great pass and a great finish from Butcher. I nearly agree with keggy in terms of Jon Mc. I didn't think he had a chance with any of the goals, the first was an early shot from relatively close distance, the free kick was a worldy, in off the post that the wall was covering (so naturally he was covering the other side) and the pen, well you just choose a side. I actually think his pen save was not that good in that it was a poor pen which he seemed to get down to quickly and then knock it back into a dangerous area. I agree about the first pen, I was unsure live (from a distance) but on the video I think he deliberately runs into Moose. Ref was poor second half - he was as bad in the second half as he was good in the first. And yes, Merry Christmas to all

Walsall won yesterday so are 3 points behind us with a game in hand. As long as they don't play and win that in the next 3 days we'll be TOTT for Christmas.

It was absolutely pathetic defending from Port Vale to concede the first goal... They don't play before Xmas so we are TOTT at Xmas. They have some hard fixtures coming up on Millwall, Peterborough, Rochdale, Bury...fingers crossed for some dropped points
