Totally predictable. That club is an absolute farce. They seem to cruise with ease from one crisis to the next.

Don't think Jimmy would be interested at this present time, maybe in the future when the club has had a change of ownership etc but not at the present time. Leeds are going nowhere with Cellino at the helm.

Agree, he will be here for another year at least. He needs to build his career a little bit slowly, just like BAFC.

Someone makes a good point on FB....Cellino doesn't want a manager. He wants a 1st team coach. Cellino wants to make all the signings well (edit: while) the 1st team coach only deals with tactics.

A real family man Jimmy is... Burton Albion: Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink thanks family Burton Albion boss Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink says his four daughters have been vital to the side's success. Hasselbaink, who took charge of the Brewers in November, guided the club to the third tier for the first time following their 2-1 win at Morecambe. The ex-Chelsea striker said he 'felt lucky' to have his family behind him. "They are very supportive and I need that. If you are doing this job you need your family right behind you and I have that," he told BBC Radio Derby. www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/32433779

I fear the way "The Manager of the Month" is worked out, he will not receive the honour. I also fear the "Manager of the Season" will not go to Jimmy either. This is because he has not had a full season with us and other dubious calculations. Frankly although he richly deserves some recognition for his fantastic job at Burton Albion, it strangely doesn't matter. We all know the true value of our manager without someone officially recognising it. The guy is simply an extremely impressive character and manager.

I think Ainsworth will get manager of the season. Miracle of the season award should be invented for Ronnie Moore.

I think you are probably right about Ainsworth, they avoided relegation last season on goal difference and missed automatic promotion this season by one point. If Jimmy had been here all season and had the numbers that he had he would be a shoo in I think!

Am I right in thinking the Manager of the Month has eluded us all seasson as well? Unbelieveable Jeff bearing in mind the start we had and the fantastic run(s) under Jimmy!

I know It was before Jimmy and David's time but there is also one milestone to which the club reached in the season that has rarely been mentioned in the last few weeks and that was our furthest ever progress in the League Cup to the 3rd Round and with it our first ever Premiership scalp in the form of QPR.

"The chairman (Ben Robinson) has been immense with his support, how ever I wanted to do the job," he said. "He helped when I needed his help with a few different things. For instance, staying away on away games a little bit more. It all helps. "He's been a very important character in this success – but I must also thank my staff. "David Oldfield, Rocky (Hudson, kit man), Neill (Hornby, first-team coach), Gavin Ward (goalkeeping coach), Nick Fenton (physio), Jack Sharkey (sports scientist) – all of them – Matty Ash (analyst). "We wanted to do it – we didn't want other people not to win to give us the title. "We wanted to come here and put our stamp on the game. "We wanted to come here and win. That's why when we went down to 10 men we kept on going. "We kept on believing. Phil (Edwards) came up with an amazing goal and then Kevin (Stewart) scored. It's been an amazing season. "We've played 30 matches since I came in and this was the first we have had two goals against – that gives you an amazing platform. "More than two points per game is a great achievement from the boys and they have been really focused, determined and together. And we still have not lost a game under Jimmy when we have scored first (if you consider Coventrys own goal as us not scoring first )
