Let's not forget how awful some of these players have been this season.
We need a complete overhall this summer, and if that means moving some of our bigger names on then so be it. I'd be only looking at keeping half a dozen of the squad at best.
Half of them can't string a pass together, no communication, no teamwork, nothing. The worst side we've had since getting into League football, or damn close to it.
A fresh manager, a fresh squad and fresh start this summer.

Maybe Brayford. Sweeney. Hamer Moone. Harper? Helm. Bennett. Kamwa if he can manage a full 90. Muzzy if he were younger lol Powell is no doubt already gone. Gilligan another maybe. Seddon if we can't find a more level headed left back . Scott deserves development at least, maybe an impact player. The loaned strikers no chance.

I'd keep:
Crocombe Brayford (player/coach) Sweeney Moon Hamer Helm Bennett Scott
I'd keep Hughes and Powell too but I suspect they will field offers and look elsewhere.
Gilligan I'm 50/50 on, I think he needs regular football though, and we can't give him that. Kamwa isn't good enough for this level, however wouldn't be against him staying as backup if he's cheap.
Pretty much everyone else can go, even the two year contract guys like Stockton and Gordon,/Chauke, Cole obviously doesn't want to be here so lets get a small fee and move on.

Many of these players should never wear the shirt again! Only six or seven deserve to stay, that’s if they want to stay? Sad day for Burton Albion even though relegation was avoided, never trust loan signings in a relegation battle, because whatever the result or outcome, they just go back to their parent clubs. Hopefully Mr Robinson will employ a proper football manager, someone with experience, because next season will be much tougher, unless things change another struggle looms on the horizon for the new season!

Working out if that's the worse excuse for a footballing side I've seen. Yes, is the answer, I've never seen such a poor side and I've been supporting since John Barton was the manager. Makes me so fed up of football, even the glimmer of hope last home match has dwindled away, that display today has really done it for me. To see the smiling faces accepting awards this week for this and that has really grated on me. Don't know if I'll be back next season, I'm all Burton Albioned out.

I'm not a Bennett fan, off he goes if I had a choice. Just about everyone else you mention might get to stay, got to start somewhere. I think Hughes has been fighting fire that much this season he began to get dragged down with the poor ones. Sweeney yes good job he stepped in when he did, keep. Keep John Brayford somewhere in the club if not playing, my 'Stride' puts everything on the line no matter what.

Bennyboy, I'd agree Bennett is one that I wouldn't be upset to see out of the door. That being said I think with better players around him, a decent striker or two up top he could be a good option to have if he stays fit, our style of play this season has been completely against what he offers. He's obviously one of the biggest earners at the club though, and would free us up a good chunk if he moved on, so we'll see...
To be honest everyone is expendable.

Paterson 100% has to go. Even with poor players there has to be more than the dreadful football the Brewers have played. Id go get Andy Whing from Solihull Moors.

Zak Ashworth played infrequently for Bolton this season, 23 games in total, 16 in the league, would love to see him back next season, although he might be out of our reach to be fair. As far as attacking left backs go you won't find many better at this level.
Dale Taylor struggled in his first full season of football with Wycombe this year, scoring 9 in 55 games, that being said, he'd certainly be a good addition as part of our strike force next season (although again might be out of our reach). You'd think we'll have a brand new line up of strikers going into next season. He's got 70 or so games over the last two seasons so has experience at this level that our other loanees haven't had.
Loan signings can be effective, although obviously this season they've been more miss than hits for us. None of them this season were anything close to a success, Baah had flashes early on but tailed off, the rest...

pbs.twimg.com/media/GMPlzYgW8AAWAnv?format=jpg&name=900x900This is the league table from the point MP joined in mid-January to yesterday. I know it’s not all his fault but the results and playing style in the main have got worse. Should he be rewarded with the responsibility of a huge transfer window? It’s more trust and hope than him earning that right to give him it imho

Zak Ainsworth Craig MacGillivray Dale Taylor Jasper Moon What a team that was. Only 12 months ago. Craig McGillivray was not a loan. We signed on a contract with an option for this season. But MK Dons came in with a higher offer in the summer. Slightly surprised than nobody has picked up on MP's comments to Radio Derby after the game yesterday. He said that he missed out on his three main transfer targets in January because they all opted to sign for other League One clubs. All three players have subsequently been relegated at the end of the season. No mention of whether they were loans or permanents but it highlights the difficulties we have competing with rivals in the transfer market. Also why we ended up with the recruits that we eventually ended up with. More than likely that MP was hamstrung a little bit by what the previous manager had invested into the squad and given we can only spend a percentage of our turnover on player wages options may have been limited. Also said we had rotten luck with Leko getting injured as he was brought in with a view to being the main striker option.

Not only is the reason for being unable to compete with rivals for players purely our league position, it's also because of the shocking brand of football we've become accustomed to. If you signed as a striker under MP, you're on your own with no creativity. If you signed as a RB you'd probably end up at CB or LW! Clean slate needed

Clean slate needed Back in January though, nobody knew what MP’s style was. When the window closed we had narrowly lost to Derby, beaten Charlton and ground out a solid draw at Cambridge with ten men. The irony is that those three players, whoever they were, thought they had a better chance of staying up by not joining us. I think we are in for a very interesting close season, in many ways.

I did hear him say that ,wasn't quite sure whether I misheard what he said about the three players going to other relegated sides or just other clubs .I guess we will never know who the players were ,I just wonder whether Matt Taylor could have been one of them.
