According to one tweet I've seen:
@jd_agent: Tranmere are also close to agreeing terms with Burton for defender Ian Sharps. He'll also be used as part of the coaching staff #trfc #bafc

That would be a good move for Sharpsy from lots of angles. Very happy with the service he has given to our club.

That's the first place I said he might go to, previous club, close to home and could help them avoid relegation. Apparently Bob Holness has picked up bad injury, bad for him but works for Sharps. Good luck to him.

I don't know but considering that they just signed two young defenders this move looks more in the line of a coaching role? But he will surely be on their books as a player as well ... www.bbc.com/sport/football/30991360

Was this just a magnet of someone's figmentation? What's going on? My guess is it was a rumour started by a disgruntled Burton fan who obviously doesn't rate Sharps and wants him to cut the cord.

Pipe down angry man, or whoever you are today? [..come back to us when you can actually respect the fact that people have differing opinions to your own and may actually be right when you are wrong. A little bit of humility goes a long way I find.

If it's really happening All the best to Lee Bell, anything has to be better than drawing a pay cheque playing for a reserve team.
