Not wishing to be the potential bearer of bad news but they've given heavy rain for over 24 hours before kick off up in Yaaaaaarkshire. Considering their last game was called off and their pitch has a tendency to be unplayable if you look at it funny, I wouldn't be surprised if we'll end up facing another rearranged fixture. Let's face it, they've got a bit of previous as far as calling games off goes. Not wishing to stir the compost, of course (can I have that one?)
Oh, and I remember the "Road to Wembley" stuff. Something out of nothing. They were just petrified of being turned over by us.
google canal road and queens road. The nearest is Midland Rd but you have to be very early to park here. If you post a help on claret and banter, you will get alternatives on the south side.Google north parade for watering holes, near the ground, 4 good bars and visiting fans always welcome.
Bradford boss Phil Parkinson may decide to rotate his squad for the home game against leaders Burton.
Parkinson, who has no major new injury worries, must decide whether to recall midfielder Billy Knott and left-back James Meredith or stick with Gary Liddle and Greg Leigh respectively.
Strikers Devante Cole, Luke James and Jordan Bowery, plus winger Mark Marshall are all in contention as the Bantams chase a fifth win in seven league matches.
We will be restoring normality as soon as we are sure what is normal anyway. ... Anything you still can't cope with is therefore your own problem.
Not entirely surprised at those odds considering they're decent at home, are in good form and will be backed by a bumper crowd with it being Boxing Day. If I was going to put my money anywhere though it would be on a draw although I always enjoy the "underdog" tag.
^^^ Gillingham were quite handy at home, we weren't suppose to get much out of that game. It will be a bit more intimidating there though, but we get used to that I guess.
I'm going for a rainout, hope they make a decision before the buses leave so as not to mess with fans hangovers! Heavy rain forecast from noon Xmas day to 10am Boxing Day then light rain for the next 3 hours!
PUBLISHED 08:00 25th December 2015 by Ash Willis BURTON Albion stopper Jon McLaughlin will be returning to Valley Parade for the first time since he left in 2014.
We will have to take everything we've got there to get a result." Jon McLaughlin The Scottish-born ‘keeper left the Bantams at the end of his contract in 2014 to end a six-year spell with the Yorkshire club.
McLaughlin said: “It will be nice to go back there.
“I was there for a long time and it will be strange to walk into the away dressing room.
“It will be nice to go back but they are a team in form at the moment and have had some very good results of late.
“We will have to take everything we've got there to get a result.”
The Bantams have enjoyed a good run of form of late but McLaughlin insists he will be focused on the game straight from kick-off.
“There isn't a lot of lads there from when I was there.
“There are only three of four but they were a great group of lads and I still have contact with some of them.
“Come three o'clock I'm focused on the game.
“I like to think when I was there we had a fair bit of success and I left the club in a good situation.
“It would be nice to get a good reception but I won't be worrying about that.”
Bradford fan here , good luck tommorow hopefully the game goes ahead. Will be proud to see Jon McLaughlin back a good keeper who deserves a good reception
Just a little warning if you're going, if things are the same as a couple of years ago then it is only possible to pay cash for tickets at the ground, I was directed back up the hill to the shops to a cash machine and missed the silence for the Bradford fire victims because of this.

Not looking hopeful on the weather front according to their forum. All updates on pitch inspection on here very welcome.
