Nice atmosphere here. 1-1.
But Shrewsbury 2-0 down at home.
Strange things can happen though. Draw or loss doesn't make any difference to us.
So we need to go all out and win this and not worry about strange things happening at shrewsbury.

Taking it all in I'd imagine.
Can't speak for others but that was the best day I've ever experienced watching football.
Will post more after the presentation tomorrow but for now I'm absolutely done.
What a day.

What a sight to see all those coaches from the Albion, Beech and Beacon on a police escort to the stadium ! Great atmosphere in the stadium which was worth waiting for after trekking across the park. Football wise we got on top early and an excellent header from Beavon for 1-0. A bit of sloppy defending from a corner and from their only real chance Elliott made it 1-1. We were much the better side 1st half with Naylor pulling the strings in midfield but had to settle for going in level. 2nd half Camsdell Sherriff was replaced by Taft after being assaulted just prior to the interval, we gradually lost our way and gave too much space to them and a penalty was awarded against us and McLaughlin sent off. Weir went off and Scott Shearer came on in goal for his debut, he tried in vain to stop the penalty but it went in and things looked bleak for the Albion. Stewart replaced McGurk and the Brewers just upped their game and went for it, in fact you would never have known we had 10 men. Cue Phil Edwards for a monstrous strike from 25/30 yards out into the top corner and a bit of El Khayati magic to set up Stewart for a calm finish and spark wild celebrations ! This squad has character in abundance and no little ability. A wonderful day for all Albion fans and congratulations to all from Ben down to Rocky the kit man. My greatest memory in all my years following the club !

Still speechless. There's nothing worse than fans getting teary at football, but unfortunately a bit of dirt must have got blown in to my eyes causing them to get a bit watery. Just a quick mention, some of you on the coaches may have seen him. As we went with the police escort there was a Cambridge supporter, about 70 years old I would guess, on the roadside, on his own applauding all the coaches as they went past. They aren't a club I like, but what a great gesture.
