Its quite typical of Wolverhampton though that the Drayman is carrying kegs rather than casks, (Cask = proper Beer, just in case some didn't know)

I still don't think employing a cartoonist justifies charging £30 for a ticket. I would rather the programme be printed on toilet roll and the admission price be a reasonable £25 or less.
Irrelevant for me anyway as I won't be buying that or anything in the ground on a point of principle. The programme could have a nude centrespread of Kate Winslet and I wouldn't buy it. Well, perhaps I would for that but nothing else would make me spend money in that ground having been fleeced of £30 to get in.

Tomorrow can't come soon enough for me, Not liking these international breaks!
Seems ages since we last played. Bet all the lads are raring to go.
I am going for a 1-1 although I feel if we can frustrate them up until half time and go in all square, we could easily snatch this game, see you all at the game, safe journey. C O Y B

Another big game - we will see how this one goes. If we get anything I'll be happy.
A win and an illustrator can draw a brewer with a wolf puppy on his lap.

Yep, I would be delighted with a point against Major Frank Buckley's boys, but I hope the performance is the same as the rest of the season so far. 1st league game I've had to miss this season, so hope you all enjoy yourselves.

Just looked this up... www.wolves.co.uk/tickets/visitingfaninfo.aspxI don't know what parking is like around the ground.Any info gratefully received even at this late hour... With regards to the game ...having been brought up in awe of the legend that was Derek Dougan and indeed John Richards, this is another, 'can't believe we're playing THEM'! team so I go into the game hoping but not expecting anything (nothing new there then..) Wolves are another 'funny' team who if they are on form will turn us over, on the other hand could equally be surprised by us; we should be getting used to playing the unknown quantity and being that ourselves too by now shouldn't we?... I am not there yet. But it's another new ground (watching with the Brewers), another new pre match venue for a prematch half (?!) and as for the score... who knows??? Love the artwork by the way. i hope the WWFC footie isn't up to the same high standards. Edit:-I digress but have just found this:- www.wolvesheroes.com/hall-of-fame/

Why Wolves boss Walter Zenga will be honoured to shake hands with Burton manager Nigel Clough By Derbysport | Posted: September 09, 2016 By Josh Murray Wolverhampton Wanderers head coach Walter Zenga says it will be an honour to shake hands with Burton Albion boss Nigel Clough - the son of his managerial idol. Former Italy international Zenga has overseen a positive start to the season for Wolves, having taken the Molineux hotseat the week before his side's opening-day trip to Rotherham United. Two wins - including a 3-1 derby victory at former Albion manager Gary Rowett's Birmingham City - two draws and a defeat to league leaders Huddersfield Town sees Zenga's side one point ahead of the Brewers heading into Saturday's clash. "For me, it is going to be an honour to shake the hand of Mr Clough, because his father was a legend and my idol," Zenga told the Express and Star. "I know everything about him. When Nottingham Forest won the European Cup, I was 19 years old. Then I read a lot of books about his history and what he did, not only in Nottingham but what he did at Derby. It was fantastic. "I respect Nigel. He has had a fantastic career as a coach with experience in the Championship. "He is a very smart coach, I know. It is going to be a good game." Last time out, Wolves lost to the early-season pace-setting Terriers, while Clough led Albion to a 1-0 triumph over Derby in impressive style. Having seen the way the Brewers played against the Rams, Zenga is wary of the Brewers' quality - but he is keen for his side to continue playing as they have done so far this term as they look to get back to winning ways. "So we have to be smart, we have to use our quality, don't change our style against one team or the other. In every game, we have to try to play our football." I went to a game at Peel Croft a season or two ago and enjoyed it. It was really odd sitting in wooden stands with a pint. A lot happened in the game (lots of tries and kicks) and I enjoyed it. Very relaxed. Rugby has so much going for it but it's just not for me.
When I was a kid (1970's), one of my dad's mates was football-mad but I saw him not long ago and he'd given up on football and had been watching rugby (Leicester Tigers) for the previous 5 years.

Keith Gilroy is making his radio commentary debut on Radio Derby (The Home of The Brewers).
We're holding our own, as expected. Shame about the penalty but we still sound like we can come out of with something (half time)
