He didn't walk very far away from the goal when he was playing. All the best Greavsie, life is always worth fighting for.

Jimmy Greaves, marvellous striker, suffered mentally after he was injured and missed the World Cup final in '66. Lost himself in drink but made a comeback in Saint and Greavsie with Ian St John. His warmth shone through in that show, Life is worth fighting for Jimmy, its a funny old game !

By many people's judgement that I trust, he was the best player I never saw.

So much help nowadays for stroke victims and absolutely wonderful after care.

The first game I ever saw as a very young lad was at Molineux, Wolves v Spurs, I think the game ended 7-4 to Spurs and Jimmy got 3 or 4 ! Saw him quite a few times and he is the best English striker I have seen. He must have been absolutely distraught to miss the World cup final, how often do oppurtunities like that come along ? I and am sure all true football fans wish him well.
