My first away game of this season, and what a great day it was. They bossed the first 10 mins and the last 10 mins of the first half, otherwise it was all BAFC. We scored all 3 goals right in front of our fans, but we could and perhaps should have scored 6! Jono made a couple of key saves again. JBW's 94th minute winner, right in front of us all, was special, and he celebrated it well! Stuart Beavon for a knighthood? he was brilliant as usual! Jimmy, Jimmy, give us a wave....and he did!

I'll remember today for a very long time. Great game capped off with yet another late, late winner. We're in dreamland at the minute and I cannot wait for Tuesday night now. Massive game. Bring it on!!!

I think I'm starting to lose grip on reality. I'll wake up tomorrow and we'll still be in the Doc Martens Prem, but I'll have had a fantastic dream.

I see what Jono was complaining about now on the first goal, as he jumped to get the ball he was clattered...intentional???

This was my favourite game I've been to. Lots of chances, we played some really nice football. The support from our fans was awesome, look at the crowd on Norahs video above when the second goal goes in! Absolutely bonkers! I suspect this was our biggest away following for a long long time?
Duffy was instrumental. JBW was as always a great impact sub. Beavon worked incredibly hard as always Akins and NEK were good - but would be so much better if his finishing improved And the defence/Gk were all very good and McC made some very good saves to keep us in the game.
Bloody love supporting Burton .

There should really be more at Walsall than there were at Chesterfield. Slightly cheaper with a deal on family tickets, similar price train tickets, Birmingham for drinking before/after the game (if that floats your boat) and there's a station smack bang next to the Bescot. Will also be a first time visit for many of us as well.
The way we played yesterday we should all be telling any bugger who'll listen how good it is to be a Brewer at the minute. As I've said before, the club do the publicity but we're the face of the club in many respects. Everyone did the club proud yesterday. I'm still smiling!

I just have to repeat the comments already made. This was a fantastic result and well deserved. We looked like the home team for most of the game. This really is dreamland for all of us. Every game that comes along I feel how difficult it is going to be, and so they are, but somehow this team finds the energy, skill, and commitment to win the game. Fantastic time to be a Brewer.

Just a point of fact. Beavon has four goals not five. That five includes Rochdale which was Shane's goal.
Would have been a travesty if we hadn't have won yesterday but to do it the way we did made it all the sweeter.
Heady days for Brewers fans right now. Best days for the club ever so time to savour it.
Bring on the Blades!

A superb display and we thoroughly deserved the 3 points yesterday, just how sweet was that 94th minute winner from Binnom Williams in front of the Albion fans ! Its only 9 games into the season and we are top, I keep thinking to myself surely we can't reach the championship but I am beginning to think we can. Some of the other clubs probably have better quality players than we do but we have a team who are organised with a game plan orchestrated by JFH and David Oldfield plus belief and ambition. Heady days to be a Brewers fan for certain.
