First game of a tough and possibly defining Easter weekend. Its certainly not going to be easy with the Greens home record, mean defence and a large home crowd. I reckon will have to be at our best to get anything to be honest but we have the character and spirit to get something from the game. Not really expecting any changes in our line up and hope we come up with at least a point and no injuries suspension etc with the game coming up on Monday at home to Wycombe. Hope its a good day for the hardy souls off down to the south west. COME ON YOU BREW-----ERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In my opinion it will only be defining if we do well in both games and consequently we all but mathematically achieve promotion. If we don't do well, our season will not be defined by the weekend and we will more than likely still get promotion.

I will bravely predict a win for The Brewers tomorrow. I have no special gift or any supernatural friends to talk to, so I am disadvantaged on this forum. I do have a "hunch" though. I'm actually ashamed of myself now but hey ho.

Indeed a big 2 game weekend. Looking at our 7 game run-in statistically, we have lost 3 of our last 23 (13%) so we should in theory lose 1 of our last 7 (14%). If we are to lose a game I think it will be one of these two. Going by Plymouths form over the last 6 (1.33ppg) vs ours (2.17ppg) I would say we should win at Plymouth. Add to that the fact that our recent away form (2.17ppg) is better than their recent home form (1.83ppg). Caveat: if we can trust this website, it can be a bit dodgy at times. But in the end it's a football game and anything can happen. As far as team changes go I agree I can't see Jimmy changing much. On the other side 3 games in 8 days is tough on players with the risks of fatigue and/or injury so I wouldn't be surprised to see a change or 2 in one of the 2 games. He'll probably go with the status quo today and see how we look tomorrow??

I should have read this first... It seems to support our views on changes to the team... BURTON Albion manager Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink will not look to tinker too much ahead of two tough fixtures over the Easter weekend. But Hasselbaink claims he is not, as a manager, keen on rotation systems and looks on a game-by-game basis to see who is fit and who can play on a given afternoon. "Players want to play," said Hasselbaink. "We look at games one at a time. "You just have to find the right balance for it and I'm not somebody, really, to rotate a lot. "If a player is in the right frame of mind and he is fit, I like to play them, especially if they are doing well. "I don't like to break it down. "If they have a little bit of a niggle here or there I can understand that you need them to come from the bench. So if you've got a lot of matches in two or three days, and they have a niggle, then you have to be a little bit creative." Must admit I wasn't expecting that, sure Jimmy knows what he's doing. Plenty of energy to combat Plymouth's midfield 5.

They might have picked up a strain or knock vs Stevenage on that pitch! They are both on the bench.

Lots of games in a short period of time, 3 points would be ideal but Monday is going to be a bigger game!!

About 100 of our fans there, with the other bus about 30-40 minutes away. Johnstone and Stewart have a chance to show their wares!

Really feel for those supporters still stuck on the coach that hasn't arrived at the ground yet.
