Half time score is 1-1 with a single "own goal" by each team.
Tight game lots of fouls by Stevenage. COYB -- --

No, it's not 2 points dropped at all. In any way, shape or form. This was a good point gained in difficult conditions against a defensively very good Stevenage side. Very pleased.

Second half we where magnificent apart from the final ball and trying to overplay it.
It's a very good point imo given the conditions.
Play like that and they will walk promotion.

The 2nd half was good, didn't quite create a clear opening but if we play like that for the rest of the season we will get enough points to secure promotion. The conditions were not great but once we adapted 2nd half we looked good. At long last they got man of the match right, well played Nasser !

With tonights result we are 19 points clear of 8th place Luton. Almost mathematically certain to make play offs

Except for the first 15 minutes it was all us, coulda, shoulda, woulda but hey I'll take a point from that game against a team who wanted more and in those conditions. I thought Nasser and Akins did very well tonight (and Beavon and Moose as usual) . Cannot believe the twats on the Popside yelling abuse at McGurk nonstop. Are you Stevenage supporters?

Another point closer to automatic promotion. No wish for play offs again.

Agree with all of that, On a better pitch we would have won quite easily.

A little bit shakey in the first half but an outstanding second half. Was good to see the lads on the TV as I haven't been up to a game for a while. Thought we were defensively good, a battling midfield but a little lightweight up front - not through lack of effort though as I thought they all put a shift in. Definitely a good point - and a little step closer to automatic promotion

Here are the highlights. Shane looks offside when Moose flicks the ball on to him, watch Mooses' reaction at 25 secs when he looks to the AR. And at 32 secs when the video is paused. Close but off for me.... www.youtube.com/watch?v=qOBFT4diheg

What has a player looking at the linesman got to do with anything?
Close, but not offside for me.

can't see how Mooses' head played any part in the goal. Looks like Phil got a foot on it and it went in off Dembele. Still an own goal. here is another link with a longer video of highlights, shows some of Nassers' good work and efforts. www1.skysports.com/football/live/match/315328/report

It is irrelevant now but I would say SCS was onside and it was a very deft finish for a defender. When you look at that pitch it was only just playable by todays standards. I've said it already but I did think the ref did well taking everything into consideration. I particularly liked the fact that although they tried on 4 occasions to get a drinks break/teamtalk in he was aware of the tactic and refused. Looking back, although we wanted and deserved the 3 points, every point gained is a point nearer to promotion and I would much prefer the points on the board rather still having to attain them like Bury have to.

I thought the ref had a good game overall too... But the linesman on the Main stand site got two crucial offsides wrong (probably). They were both close, but benefit of any doubt was not give to the attacking team.
