From what I've read so far it sounds like he's an "all rounder" midfielder, creative but can stick his foot in, pretty highly rated but suffered a bad injury whilst on loan at Port Vale early in 2014 which kept him out until the beginning of December. Had a handful of games since he came back but I think he might be off the pace in league one a little bit so he's probably coming here to get himself back up to speed.
Like for like for Lenihan at Hartlepool?

I agree, Spence, my Sheffield United 'friend' (I say friend because I am never really sure anyone that support United can be a friend!!!) was straight on to say it was a good signing for us.
Looks like the Clough connection is alive and well.

Just spoke to a Walsall fan who said he's probably one of the best loan signings they have had.

In Jimmy we trust, and Nigel we thank! He sounds good, we'll see!

According to the match day programme Cuvelier and Maynard are going to be out for around 4 to 6 weeks with their injuries .You can add Antione -Curier to the list as it looks like he has a hamstring problem .

And McGurk had an ice pack on his hamstring post game.

Gurks just came back in from a hammy problem so perhaps it was a normal PT treatment. Thought he had a vg game and although Naylor was MOTM for me it is just wrong to boo Gurks or any player just because some eejit chose him.

I've said it before on other threads, there are some dipsticks on the pop-side who boo McGurk anyway and howl with derision at every mistake. The players have no control over who gets picked as MOM and this season there has been some baffling choices. They either pull a name out of a hat, or possibly throw a dart at a squad photo?
