On a more serious note, we have looked very good defensively in those 4 games, organisation, commitment and shear hard graft throughout the 11 on the pitch. I don't think you would have expected that from a JFH team but he has used the good foundation laid down by Gary Rowett and added better passing and movement when we have the ball to go a long with hard graft. Impressed so far !

Yes, very impressed. In his 8 games (6 against teams in promotion/playoff contention) we have 17 Points and a +9GD. In the 8 games (3 vs teams in playoff contention and 2 in the lower half of L1 table) before Jimmy we had 7 Points and a -11GD. (If you only use the previous 8 L2 games that would be 10 points and a -4GD). And with the exception of necessary player changes due to injuries he has only made two positional changes really, Moose in CB and Robbie as the holding midfielder.long May it continue!

Moose was a necessary player change due to Sharps' injury prior to Jimmy's first game.

Moose was a necessary player change due to Sharps' injury prior to Jimmy's first game. Yeah your're right he was injured for the first 4 games of Jimmys reign until the Harleppol game when it became a positional change. He injured his foot in Jimmys first training session when Lyness' leg broke.

Let's be brutally honest here. Jimmy Floyd has taken a very strong group of players brought together by Gary Rowett and turned them into an even better team since his arrival. They defend better, pass and move better, and score more goals. Rowett did a tremendous job for us, and this makes the JFH contribution even more impressive. He is beginning to add his own players as need arises to hopefully further strengthen the side. I hope he is successful in any signings he makes, but at the moment I am delighted to be a Brewers supporter, and he has so far been very impressive in his work at our club. I also congratulate Ben Robinson on selecting another manager from around 60 applicants. This is not an easy skill, but he seems to have the knack.

Jimmy hasn't put a foot wrong yet! and yes thanks for a brilliant selection Mr. Robinson, I was buzzing on Nov.13th and even more so now!
