Very big game this weekend against a Zanderless bunch of cobblers. hopefully the sickly members of our squad will be fully recovered and we can grab another win to keep us in contention for an automatic promotion place. would be great if we can take 500 or so down there to roar the team on (Sixfields is a good localish away trip where we often do well). As an aside, and presuming fitness and formation allows, who do you fancy to start up top in a 4-4-2? I would start with Bill and Alexander with Knowles,Symes,McGurk and Hemmings as attacking substitute options as and when needed. C'MON YOU BREWERS!!!!

Perhaps not a 442? Liked Bell in a deep mid role and 2 attacking wingers.

Good point, maybe a 4-1-4-1 away from home with Alexander,Dom or Symes as the target man. Couldn't make it to Chesterfield away but am I right in thinking that McGurk got his 2 goals as a lone striker? I know that he has undoubted quality but I'm just not convinced that he has the required physicality to play that role really effectively.

Same team and formation as Saturday please. No reason why it shouldn't work as well away from home against a team who aren't great on their own patch.
Despite the common consensus that we played better football last season, the 1-0 defeat at Northampton last year was one of the most negative, lifeless Brewers performances I've seen in many a year.
Nice, positive and quick out the traps this time please Mr. Rowett.

The Cobblers forum describes this as their "most important game since 1993"!! They will be clearly up for it, so we better be ready to face fire with fire if we want anything from this match.

ABsolutely have to go for it. No point in sitting back and hoping for another 1 - 0 442 or even 433 for me, attack, attack, attack and lets bring the 3 points home

There seems to be a complete lack of enthusiasm from the majority of Albion fans this season regarding this match and the play off push, just my observation. This and the remaining four games are all extremely important but if you look at the amount of comments compared to the same time last season there is no where near as many. Why is this ?

I am not on facebook or twitter myself, but I am told most comments are on these pages. Is this why there is less on our forum? I think there is a lot of interest in the games though, and I think there will be a good following at Northampton this afternoon.
