Robbie Weir replaces Callum McFadzean at 80 minutes in.
Att: 2,962 - - rather a good number. Is it due to traveling fans from Plymouth ??

Funny old world - we're just outside the automatic promotion places and looking good for the play-offs yet I don't get the sense that there's quite the enthusiasm from the supporters as last season. From the matches I've seen we've looked a solid but somewhat dull team(with the exception of away at Chesterfield and Oxford). Have I got it wrong, was the Pirelli rocking today? Roll on Northampton and let's remember the days when Gresley were better than us.

Alexander MacDonald replaces Billy Kee. At 56 minutes in. .?? Was Billy injured? Or did we go into our defensive mode earlier than usual?

Jimmy Phillips was immense again today. Really glad that GR kept faith in him.

This game served up our usual fayre. Another 1 0 win in a game we deserved to win thanks to a pretty good first half display. There isn't the same excitement as last season, because in all honesty we are not as exciting to watch. We are very difficult to beat, but still lacking in goals. 43 league goals in 41 game says it all really, and most of those were in the first half of the season. Still we should make the play offs, which is a very good achievement.

Don't most games end up 2 - 1 or 1 - 0? It seems so.

The football is dire in comparison to last season's exciting play - but, we are so hard to beat that not many teams will fancy taking us on in the play-offs. Fingers crossed we can sustain our current 'brick wall' mentality and continue to win games

Ideal scenario would be drawing York in the play-off semis - they can't score either
