I truly hope this works out for Martin. We now have an incredibly inexperienced front line.

I agree Mikey, we're lacking experience up top big time. That being said though, we had vast attacking experience with Stockton & Gordon, and Walker certainly had more know-how than what we've brought in and all three of those didn't do anything for us, so it might be worth a gamble with some young exuberance.
I'd certainly have liked an experienced head coming in, but you never know with these lads, they are an unknown and you'd think at least one of them will surprise us.
I'm not too sure who Martin will see as our main striker going forward, probably Hugill currently has the nod, but at least we have four options now, and obviously Kamwa can be thrown into the mix, I'd certainly like to see something of Dylan Scott before the season is out but get the feeling after these extra attacking signings that his chances will be very limited.
Having a 6 foot 5 and a 6 foot 9 pairing to possibly come off the bench is certainly an option we've never had before.

Some experience would be nice but agree with Fred. Based on the ‘experienced’ forwards we’ve signed over the past few years (stockton and Moult spring to mind), experience might be over rated…. See also Mason Bennett whom I’m hoping will prove me wrong…. Fingers crossed at least a couple of the lads prove to be as effective as Dale Taylor, Jebbison were during their loans

I'd guess the money available was a factor but on the other hand, the manager says he likes young players, he likes being unpredictable and he "can't wait to unleash them."
We shall see...
* he also said today that he sees a role for Bobby Kamwa, who is now back in contention. I said he hadn't seen him play yet (meaning since he came in) and he corrected me and said he'd seen him "a hell of a lot" while scouting previously.

I get the feeling it'll be 3-5-2 with one of the big lads up there. Hopefully that means we'll have someone to hold up the play whilst we join in, but also a runner in behind to stretch it.
Let the 2 strikers have 60 then bring on 2 fresh ones to give the defenders a further nightmare. Most teams have done it to us but we've never really done it to them when playing one up. We've not occupied and stretched their defenders.
Having 4 guys competing for 2 starting spots will create one hell of a competition. I'm not fussed that all 4 are young and unproven, as MP said, let's unleash them.
Hudlin suggested we might be going a bit direct but I'm fine with that. Let's put them under pressure, I'm not a fan of passing across the back being patient, we don't have the technical players to be doing it.
I'm looking forward to some attacking intent now he's got his 4 in.
Minor point, he's going to have a problem in the summer. Unless the 3 out on loan either bag a load of goals and come back hot or get sold freeing up some cash. Pah, we'll worry about it then. Let's enjoy 4 young lads up top busting a gut and banging some in.
