I must say I am very surprised to see no banter on here regarding the possible loss of our manager, of all the jobs that the rumour merchants have linked him with this is the one that worries me the most so far. Former Brewer Neil Warnock has stated that he expects to be is in charge at Loftus road for the next 2 games only. So although evidently they have not made an approach for JFH's services yet they may so do very shortly. Obviously I like all the rest of you don't want to see Jimmy go just yet, until an approach is made(which I doubt would be until after the weekend or possibly our game at Wigan) we have no way of knowing. If they do I would say its 50/50 to be honest. Its close to his home, far more money and if you believe what is printed Jimmy and QPR director of football Les Ferdinand are friends, on the down side the club are in a financial mess, the chairman not great and Jimmy wouldn't get final say on transfers. One thing that may go in our favour is that Fulham look like they are going to appoint Steve Clarke of Reading as manager rather than Nigel Pearson, if so it could mean QPR go for Pearson instead. Please please please !. What are your thoughts fellow Brewers ?

Vacancies close to home are always going to be difficult to turn away but getting a good chairman must be very high on his list as well.

QPR & Fulham have both had ample time to make an approach before now. Continuing to take it all with a pinch of salt.

If he's waiting for a chairman as good as Ben he would have a long wait
In reality he will just want to avoid particularly bad chairmen
If he's got a good relationship with Les Ferdinand as described above then this opportunity may have legs
A club with genuine Premier League pedigree and aspirations and strong financially with the owners having just written off all their debts

This one has felt like it could have legs right from the get go... just had a look on Oddschecker and every other candidate's odds are lengthening. We could be reaching the end of what's been a great ride.

Well,
Worst comes to the worst we trust that we find another good manager.
Jimmy has been great. Rowett was also great. The team won't forget how to play overnight,
He's rumoured to be on c. 50-60k. QPR will offer about 500-700k
It's a no brainer.and with Austin he can take them to the PL
