BURTON Albion are holding a FREE media fan engagement workshop on Monday 14th December, 6PM. BAFC fans are being invited to discuss all things media at the Pirelli Stadium, Tom Bradbury Lounge. The night is designed to improve on all media components at Burton Albion Football Club as we listen to your opinions. On the night’s agenda is: Official Burton Albion website Match day programme Social media Communications The night is FREE of charge but you must confirm your place by emailing media@burtonalbionfc.co.uk. mobile.burtonalbionfc.co.uk//news/article/free-fan-engagement-workshop-at-the-pirelli-stadium-2794328.aspx?utm_content=buffer1a125&utm_medium=social&utm_source=twitter.com&utm_campaign=bufferMy thoughts are: - The website is good. - I think the programme could be beefed up a bit, but that's only after I got one at Shrewsbury and it was a 272 page beast! - Social Media. I think our presence on Twitter is quite good, not too sure about Facebook so I guess that says something? I don't know, maybe a few more little competitions would increase our followings. - Communications, fine, don't get many emails which I like. I know PL clubs send a weekly 'hype' email for games, this serves as a reminder, and a nice little read. Perhaps this would help attendances if you plant the seed of thought on a Thursday? If anyone can make it and likes these ideas, please feel free go pass it on!
