Hopefully not. Bookies certainly don't think so anyway...

The highlights programme last night showed that Malky Mackay was watching the game and could be a decent bet to take over. Wouldn't be a bad shout for them despite his last stint at Wigan not quite working out.

Villa just sacked Sherwood. more to be concerned about Charlton though as it's close to home! But, I'm not concerned at this point, Jimmy has more to prove here.

Rumours at Forest that Freedman will be on his way soon
However, the rumour is also doing the rounds that Nigel Clough has been lined up for that one

Keep positive, Jimmy will go when the time comes but that isn't now.

Nigel was at the Pirelli on Tuesday night - I thought he looked like our manager in waiting.

I am confident Hasselbaink will be the manager for the whole of this season but whether we can keep him for much longer after that is the question.
With regards to Clough, Yeah he did an amazing job at the time but like swaddy said, i would rather not have him back (as an assistant maybe)

I agree Swaddy but the important thing is does Ben?

I agree Swaddy but the important thing is does Ben? When NC left, i always had strong inkling that he would be back here someday, in some capacity. He still has astrong afinity for the club, understandably and is still one of Bens best mates. i would be downhearted if inevitably JFH moves to a bigger club but if Cloughie is still on golfing leave then its bound to interest him. The Forest thing is interesting, a lot of their fans don't want him there, because of his sheep connection. Heres another thought, Cloughie is an extremely wealthy man, and Ben now 70 has to slow down one day?

He may have been spotted at Burton, but he has been to Mickleover more often... perhaps wearing another hat I would suggest he might be aiming to take over the Mighty Sports after Glenn Kirkwood and Craig Hopkins leave.... But actually I am more with sirchristian on this.

Yeah agree with what sirchristian said also. Someone who would do a brilliant job if he ever got the opportunity to take over from Ben.
