As these are the first PFA awards of the season I can only imagine that the nominations cover both August and September. Nasser's record in September alone is nothing to write home about to be honest, subbed against Coventry, didnt play at all against Rochdale, came on as a sub against Swindon and got two assists against Chesterfield at the weekend.
Beavs has one more goal than Nasser over the first two months so far and has been more influential so I would go for Stuart in a vote. Would be surprised if one of our players won it though as fans of the bigger clubs will probably vote their own players in.
To be honest both Gary and Jimmy deserved Manager Of The Month on several occasions last season and got overlooked each time.
I know both Nasser and Lucas won this award last season in League 2 so we can win these awards but suspect we will be overlooked once more.

Personally I have difficulty believing JFH has not won manager of the month since his arrival. He has certainly won more points during that time than any other manager. But usually some other club gains more points over a single month. I suspect it will be Bury for September. I don't suppose it matters too much really, we can just let the league position do the talking.

They are two seperate awards. If you bothered to read the first article that you posted it clearly states at the bottom that Armstrong was selected by a panel of 'experts' not by a public vote. It is also a SkyBet League trophy that he is holding aloft in the picture not a PFA Award trophy. The FL awards are always announced at the same time as the Manager Of The Month awards. Eg nominations will be out early next week I would imagine for September.
The PFA awards are voted for by the fans and are a completely seperate Award. Nasser won one of the PFA Player Awards towards the end of last season, he didnt win any of the SkyBet League 2 Awards.

Looks like George Moncur of Colchester won this one.
Nominations for SkyBet League One Manager and Player Of The Month Awards for September should be announced tomorrow as the League 2 nominations are out today. Would hope that Jimmy would get a nomination for Manager Of The Month and possibly Bevs as well for Player Of The Month. Winners are announced on Friday.
