Well that makes us as good as Panathanaikos as they beat arnhem 10-0 last sunday as well
Next match is a bigger test as it's against a dutch top league club

Perhaps the gap was difficult to bridge, it was a game too far !

I've just come back from Holland with work. Lovely place. Den Haag's stadium looks very nice but believe you're not playing there? A shame.
Was disappointed by the Amsterdam ArenA though, I was expecting something more impressive.

Not our first ever game on foreign soil, we have played at Colwyn Bay and Merthyrn the past, and Bishop Auckland. Frickley was not foreign soil, but it was in a different world!

Was disappointed by the Amsterdam ArenA though, I was expecting something more impressive. I went to the Amsterdam Arena last August. Totally agree. Bland and unimaginative I thought. Didn't go to a game, mind...just did the tour. I went to watch PSV play while I was there because they were at home that weekend + it's only about an hour or so on the train. Much more impressive. Their ground reminded me of Villa Park and had a very English feel to it. Great country.

I enjoyed the Ajax arena tour, preferred it as a ground to the Nou Camp, very steep, but better views I thought. Neither were a patch on the stadium tour of the national stadium in Montevideo though (venue for the first World Cup final). That was an experience...

I wonder if they played a friendly in Spain when training there in 2013, or in Portugal in 2014?

Some of the most famous stadiums are wearing a bit
I've done Camp Nou and San Siro
Great places - preferred the San Siro Tour as it was with a guide and Barcelona was by headphones
Although Barcelona moving to ipads apparently for their tours
Incredible club shop at Camp Nou
Three floors and stunning and very busy all the time
Huge amount of money generated every day from Camp Nou tours and their shop

You look at that squadlist peacock and we've got a great squad now and so many young players who can only get better and increase in value
Really exciting times ahead I think
