Peacock won't be buying the ground a beer for that!
But nice to start at home

No disrespect to Scunthorpe but not the big start we hoped for! At least it's at home.

2nd January is home to Blackpool Funky.
The League would not have someone away on both Boxing Day and the nominated New Year fixture.
When is FA Cup third round day next season?

Ooops thanks cbh1, missed that - a crumb of comfort, apparently 3rd round day is 9th Jan.
Also thanks to Sam on Facebook we have clashes of home games with Derby against Southend and Chesterfield. I would imagine Chesterfield will definitely be moved on police advice.

Boxing Day in Bradford. Merry Christmas everybody Worth noting that the last day of the season fixture at Doncaster will be on Sunday May 8th with a 12.30pm kick off along with all other league one fixtures. The FL announced that earlier this week.

Peacock won't be buying the ground a beer for that! But nice to start at home Geez, I had to do a search to see what that was all about, but remember Simon said I couldn't pour a beer on the pitch I agree it's good to start L1 at home and after this seasons success we will hopefully have a lot more home support for this match and start the lads off with loud support, just like the way this season ended.

On the subject of the kit I happened to bump into Rob Brown from Anvil Hire at the supermarket a couple of weeks ago and he said he was hoping to continue sponsoring the shirts but whether it would be Anvil Hire again or another company from the group he wasn't too sure.

Scunthorpe is a tough start, they have signed some good players and with Burton based Mark Robbins in charge they will know all about us.
