Robins fans wanted rid of Mark Yates prior to the start of the season, I would think he is under immense pressure.

They were hoping he would leave a few weeks ago , as they were saying that the Albion were after him . Personally I have never taken to the bloke , comes across as very arrogant .

I have never to the arrogant impression, but then again I don't hear him speak to often. But what is going through the mind of a chairman when 4 straight defeats = the sack. Had a great season the one before, struggled a bit last year and doing ok until a blip recently. Moon on a stick down there?

I think Cheltenham could live to regret this, like him or not Mark Yates is a good manager and has done a very good job for them.

They've appointed Paul Buckle.
At one point he was bookies favourite for the job here. I was glad we didn't get him. I'll now be looking on with interest to see how he does at Cheltenham.
