Seen a few rumours on Twitter that Zola is in talks with Cheltenham Town. Hope not, he's a real big handful up front and was so effective last season.

Pinch of salt.
If the rumour found it's way off that football rumour website then it's more than likely bullshit.

Plymouth fans think they've had a 65k bid accepted for him.

I'm sure we paid more than that, so i couldn't see him going for less, also would be surprised to see him go as he was the best player last year by a way.

One area we have been lacking in is height and ball control in the air. Calvin does that for us up front. He is injury prone though. Hmmm? If he wants to go then wait until January so we don't lose him on a free next summer.

Does anyone know how long we've got him for?

not massively injury prone. he went nearly all of last season playing most games without getting hurt didnt he? think he got a few niggles but that was about it from memory

I just checked the team stats, out of 46 league games he started 32 and came on twice as a sub. guess thats ok really. Rowett says he hasn't been approached by anyone yet.

And Rowett said he's more interested in signing a striker than losing one. Would be interesting to see if a new striker would be as good and push Richards/Yussuf down the pecking order.
I think going out on loan and getting regular games somewhere would do Yussuf good. Especially at a young age.

What about location? Zola might not fancy uprooting to Plymouth or wherever. Unless he's bought himself some sort of turbo jet to fly him from the Wirral to there and back ;D.
Cleveland, Palmer, and Kee said location was a factor in them joining us too.

Well I think it would be a big mistake to let him go , but, money talks . Not just wages. If Ben is made a decent offer, then he may well take it .
