Question: who can attend a football match in.... Say.... L2?

Just watching the footie coverage over the weekend and would like to know , because I can’t see it, who is allowed to be within a stadium during a League Two football match....

Let’s assume that players, management, directors, ..... press? .... are but as far as I am concerned nobody else should be.

Am right?

He is not a scout I believe and not involved with them, apart from being friends with the owners that is....
