But does it go through....? The PFA aren't happy..... saying its unlawful and unenforceable.... .....then again if all the clubs stick to it... who cares if it's unlawful and unenforceable....?
What's that you say? They won't all stick to it without sanctions to control em.... There's always some that think its rules for everyone else but not for them...

Unless my maths are way off, If you had 20 players in a squad in League 1, that would be an average of £2,400 per week (which also has to include bonuses and signing fees) Now I have no idea how much League 1 players get paid. It sounds like a lot of money to me, but I also know that pro-players get paid a lot more than me. Seems perfectly manageable as a maximum budget though. Clubs will still cheat. They always have.
