ibb.co/bvKH8KcI was in Tewkesbury this week. Look what I found. We should rebuild this place brick-by-brick inside the Pirelli. PS. Yes I did go in. A nice pint of Doombar, thank you very much.

It was written by an oxymoron....
There's no accounting for taste. I looked around for a beer brewed in Burton but they only had Carling.

When I was last in Tewkesbury a couple of years ago there was a pub on the high street, the name escapes me. It was like walking into someone's front room, small with around 3-4 tables but they had rooms at the back too. Ordered the carvery the bonus they had Bass on, my favourite. I could have sank a few of those but just the one, very nice but we needed to move on. I vaguely recall seeing The Albion more notably the Nottingham Arms which I refused to go in to my missus.😬

Though there were a couple of places still shut cos of Covid. We had a couple of jars in there plus a meal. The beer garden was actually the car park with a couple of benches in it! Classy. So we sat inside. PS - For anyone wondering, there is more to do in Tewkesbury than just pubs. Erm....there's two good book shops and the rivers are nice. Plus a record shop that only opens at the weekend. Doh!
