To match Sinfins thread I'll start the Ball rolling with Kidderminster. Their chicken curry was excellent.

Ha, beat me to it BB, I was going to write Kidderminster. They had / have some nice cornish pasties. Or was it Cottage Pie? I forget now.

I am not sure if it counts given that it isn't provided by the club, but that all you can eat Chinese buffet by the Oxford ground is good.

We turned up at Bamber Bridge's ground early to get our bearings, it didn't look open it was that early but there was someone on the gates. We asked is the club house open, yep was the reply so we paid up and walked in. We were the first in the club more or less, a nice lady asked if we wanted anything to eat. Oh yes we all replied, pie n chips, burger n chips etc all served up to our table, great food great value and a few pints too. They even pulled down the large screen TV from the ceiling for us to watch, very welcoming. All fed and watered (beered up) then the hoards of Brewers fans arrived, quiet bliss turned into a free for all, they told us they were close to running out of beer. Good memories.

Agree with Kidderminster above. In more recent times the pies at Oxford Utd were excellent. Also Reading and Fulham deserve a mention.

I think I only missed two away games in that last season we played in the Unibond. One of my most prominent memories was that although a lot of the grounds and pitches had seen better days they all had decent social clubs that made us most welcome and served up a decent pint and decent grub. It does seem that the higher up the leagues we have gone the more and more the away fan just gets treated like cattle.

Nigel Clough always used to say the soup at Kiddy was excellent. At Oxford, the chippy in the adjacent shopping centre is unexpectedly excellent, as is the one on the way to the ground at Fleetwood and the one outside the away entrance at Rochdale (but you can't take them in). Best chips I've had at a ground was Ashton United some years back.

Port Vale was good, Wrights pies and jail ale, yum yum. Wetmore road chippy takes some beating though.

I think it is safe to say without any shadow of a doubt that the food inside 95% of grounds is disgusting and overpriced. Cheap pies, chips made of cardboard and hot dogs made of rubber.
Every away game I attend has an extra 30-45 minutes fitted in to my schedule in order to locate and purchase hot food that stops me being hungry inside a ground.

I really enjoyed the Fish & Chips from the shop opposite Elland Road.

Not a one for mixing food with beer to be fair, but I think the situation at Merthyr was very good.
Could be wrong on that.

Perhaps not surprisingly, Norwich City away in our first championship season. There was a young woman selling amazing home made sausage rolls from under a gazebo in the car park outside Carrow Road. Cost about a fiver mind, but very memorable and extremely high quality. She even did home made tomato sauce/relish to go with it. It was the best thing about a very long round trip!😂

In terms of general away trip, The Vine pub at West Brom is a must-do for 2 years' time (assuming they get promoted this year and it'll be a Premier League match up!)... a curry house in a pub, great food and decent beer.

manuelpirelligrini" The chippy at Spotland is an absolute cracker. Hope it survives! You’re right......A proper honourable mention for that chip shop in Rochdale. Superb!

Only just remembered - my best burger ever - from a kebab shop down the road from Luton's ground.

There was a nice chippy across the road from Boston’s ground.
