My head was in the same state about half way through Ian....
There were two things I had thought to add but didn't...
a) a request for an abridged version, and
b) give credit to the un-named reporter who researched it....

and finances move into unknown territory on a international scale, mainly saving tax payments, with hidden assets being the goal.
A company can lose millions,while the owner retains his millions, this is the basics of company law.
Why does a football club be broke into different company's ,because each company is a limited company and this protects assets.
