Matty Palmer’s gone to Swindon. Two ex-Brewers in a row on the BBC feed! And on a free. I can't remember if we got anything for him but what's his worth now. I just feel he could have been a better player had he stayed with us, some conflict with the boss wasn't there?

No signings only departures.
We desperately needed a striker and that has not been addressed. I have a feeling that will be the undoing of the play off push.

Agreed. A bit short of numbers now in general.

In his interview Nigel talked about possibility of bringing someone in on short-term deal.... could be an experienced player being released... in which case signing during transfer window might not apply....?? Just a thought... But I suppose equally possible the target went elsewhere or decided to stay put..

Was he a player with an attitude problem? A shopping problem or should say needed retail therapy. 🤫

Matty Palmer moved to league 2 on a free and could move to league 1 if-if all goes well likes to manage as well as play, and true does like shopping. Made some money for Burton, so we were better with the guy we had
