If you can't make it to the Etihad, there is a chance the game will be shown on hesgoal.com. I can't guarantee it but... A friend of mine called me halfway through the Middlesbro game and I watched the second half live. It's currently Tuesday at 9.00 and the Chelsea Spurs game is on. The commentary is in Dutch (the quarter final was in Russian) which is a blessing - we won't have to listen to a stack of patronising comments tomorrow night. At the moment, we'll be playing Spurs in the final but there's a long way to go. But don't bank on it. Hope it works. Will be on sky and every sports pub in the world too. Which is quite cool, I guess. Bit of exposure for the pub team, and Burton.

Is it? I expected more for a 'proper' cup semi final! Only 90 mins up the road!! The top tier of the main stand is closed for City fans - I'd imagine we're looking at a gate of 35-40k. I think when you consider it's a week night, in a less glamorous cup than the FA Cup (sad but true), and we only have about 2k home fans per normal league game, it's not too bad.
Only 44k at Wembley for tonights semi, the whole of the top tier closed there, would have thought a near full house fro that one??

Unfortunately a lot of fans of top 6 clubs really aren't arsed about this cup. It's nicknamed the mickey mouse trophy for a reason. Though they all want it once they get in the final.

Only one thought this morning and it'll be the same tomorrow morning. What an achievement for our club, management and players.
We were a tinpot non-league pub team once according to some.

If any Albion players are on here remember this. Whatever team Manchester put out, they all take their trousers down the same way as you when they have a crap. Don't they employ someone to take their trousers down?

Phoned for tickets for the home game @ 9 and sold out. The fates are definitely conspiring against me!

This season Spurs are not allowed to use the full capacity of Wembley under their current safety certificate. I read somewhere recently that for last season the local council granted them a licence for the full capacity but this season, even for Premier League games, they are only allowed a reduced number in for games as part of their agreement to use the stadium as a temporary home.
