I've put this in the "Non Brewers Football" section since it's not certain to be relevant to us come 2019. I mean, we could be in the Premier League by then www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/41239042"Sky will be able to stream all midweek Championship matches after agreeing a new £600m five-year domestic rights deal with the English Football League. All EFL clubs will be able to stream midweek league games via their websites if Sky are not broadcasting them live. The contract will run from 2019-2024, with the value of the rights increasing by 36% from the present agreement." The good - I'd imagine this will involve getting a higher payment every season for TV money, convenient for supporters who can't get to games, wider exposure nationally and internationally. The bad - could hurt attendances of clubs such as ourselves, a further move towards favouring the armchair fan. Thoughts?

I absolutely loathe the idea of Sky TV gaining further control over football.
Do you William know of any way of getting tonight's game online via a stream of some sort?!

There will be one floating about somewhere on the net due to iFollow. Whether it's legal or not is another matter. I don't know of any legal ones though.

Too much footie on TV now, of course most of it is on Sky but they put the money up and gather it.
I did my own deal with Virgin, they chucked in BT sports with my package for very little extra, that's enough, just a few Prem games but all Champions league games.
I don't think I would want to pay extra to watch these TV Championship matches, even Burton. They seem to think folk will though with their investment they've put into it, we'll see.
