Not bothered. Germany will win it. England will draw against Russia, beat Wales (just), draw with Slovakia. the only promising England player will break his leg and we will lose in the quarter finals on penalties. Then idiot, amateur drinkers will break things and get arrested in France and in small-minded towns all over England. People will still have St George flags, tatty, windswept and sodden, hanging from their walls at Xmas. Everyone will spend money on crap they and everyone else doesn't need and a minor celebrity from the 1980s will die / be charged with child sex offences.

I am voting out! On a more serious note, I think france v Germany final or Albania v Russia. Hope England put up a fight (on the pitch) I have no confidence in our defence, but do rather like Joe Harts hair. COME ON ENGLAND.

Well. First game was a minor disappointment as always.
Maybe we'll grow into the tournament. I don't know.
The violence surrounding the England fans is a bit ridiculous though.

Well I for one am really enjoying it so far, some good football. A little disappointing that England didn't hold out for the win but I am still optimistic that we will do OK. COME ON ENGLAND.

Glad someone is...!
Nice goal by Modric.
Shame about England I agree. A win VS Wales will rectify it.
Why is Kane on corners? Don't get it!

I am also enjoying the tournament. No idea why Kane is taking corners. I feel that we should start Vardy against Wales, think his pace would scare them Sterling isn't half the player he was when he played for Liverpool. Come on ENGLAND.

If they throw out all the teams whose fans are fighting who would be left to compete ?

Went to Marseille on Saturday for the England game and saw no trouble at all. We were drinking near the fan park and although England fans were in high spirits there was no sign of any violence and fans mingled freely and in a friendly way.
Having been to Marseille and also Berlin recently to see England away for the first time I have been pleasantly surprised by the way England fans behaved. I saw no evidence of violence on either occasions. OK, there were people who had had plenty to drink, we're chanting the usual football like songs and throwing bear about but it was nothing serious(although not a place to take the wife!)
I firmly believe that England fans have been portrayed badly on this occasion having witnessed it myself first hand and the media don't help people's perceptions back home. For example on ITV's breakfast show this morning on their story about how England were about to be kicked out the Euros they showed film of German fans attacking Ukrainian fans.
Two sides to every story and just my personal experience about how it was for us.

Hopefully the win will kick start our tournament. I would start with the same side that finished the game so strongly. Come on England.
