Predictions anyone?
I'm not too fussed about the result, as long as we put in a good performance I'd be happy. A repeat of Sheff Utd would be nice though!
I would've thought Gary will go with the same line up as Saturday? Although maybe he'll bring Bell back in, or Zola? Personally, I'd give Lyness a start too, to give him a chance.

I agree. The result isn't massively important although not getting destroyed would be nice. Bloody good Championship side Leicester are.
Mail says O'Connor might not play...we're still waiting on permission from Blackburn to play him. I also said a week ago that I'd like to see Webster out wide and I'm still thinking that. Put him in for Cleveland.

Paper says Zola to start and that one of Yussuf or Kee will have to be disappointed!! I'm saying nothing!!
Ok then, I will - Yussuf or Kee? Not a difficult choice, is it?!

I'd play Patterson and Yussuf up front tonight and have a fully fit and raring to go Zola and Kee start against Exeter to be honest.

Play the strongest available team.

Throwing Lyness in would be an excuse for Rowett to keep Atkins in if he conceeded a shed load against quality opposition.
No point in having a squad if we're not going to use it, no matter how crap some of the back up players are.

I think that Gaz will be hoping the big fella will last 60 mins tonight and then he'll bring on Adi Yussuf to see if he can score against his old club....
I just hope - if he tries to go for an hour he doesn't get a hamstring or something which causes him to miss the next 6-10 League games as he recovers....he missed most, if not all, the pre-season didn't he and he only had 10-15 mins on Saturday....
I've a few friends/colleagues who support the Foxes so I'm just hoping we give a good account of ourselves and don't concede any stupid goals through silly defensive errors....

This is what worries me about playing our "strongest team". It's also been mentioned once or twice that Billy doesn't look 100% yet and this is exactly how we lost Billy last season...trying to force him back into action when his body wasn't ready. I know we'd all love a good cup run but please not at the expense of losing vital players for the league. We've got Patterson, Yussuf, Webster and a few more who could do with some time on the pitch. That goes for Coventry next week as well.

A well deserved standing ovation for the Brewers at the end of the match. Schmiekel had no chance with any of our goals - a deflected free kick,a thunderous penalty and two superb strikes from the edge of the penalty box.

Bloody hell... that Atkins let two more slip through his hands though!! Just in case anyone doesn't realise I'm joking, easiest man of the match decision of the season so far... five fantastic saves in the first half kept us in it... well done Ross :-)

I'll happily underline your comments about Ross's performance last night - without his saves, first half in particular, it would no doubt be a different story this morning
