For reference, Norah would know if these were the same person due to IP addresses. If they're the same person, they are on a new level of sad, as they'd have to change their IP each time they log in/out of their different accounts. Not impossible but unfathomably sad ๐ Incredible..... somebody puts on some ridiculous suggestion on here that i am trent and trent is i and people start believing it. What is wrong with people!!! Have you no common sense? I didn't accuse you of anything. I'm just saying if you were the same person, Norah would know and would have sorted it. Have you no common sense?

The problem i find is it cannot be possible for more than one person to be so negative and try to criticise one of the best run clubs in the football league. It can only happen if feeding from one stupid agenda, and instead of posting on a club you support. You find it amusing to attack a small fan base, with your ridiculous remarks. I am a patient person love football, admire what this backwater football club has achieved, and have time to answer jokers like you. But a lot of intelligent people are no longer prepared to reply to your rubbish,We know summer is quite and the brewers will not have a lot of transfer activity, so trolls like you can be amusing. But when the =NO-COMMENT posts rearly start and enough is enough. It will be a pleasure to join them

I will leave before you all Accuse me of having several accounts and threatening me with the C.I.A. or suchlike. Shame on the vast majority of you...COYB ๐

All things considered, Burton Albion are doing remarkably well to be a league one club and are totally punching above their weight. Fact.

I think the question was asked because previously some disrespectful posters referred to Mr Clough as Coco. From reading your previous posts, I assume you were not doing similar.

Thatโs correct, was not aware of any such comment directed at NC which as usual is beyond belief. Apologies for any confusion.

From todays Times a list of all 72 EFL Clubs in order of profitability for last season (2017-18), we Burton Albion are 25th (+0.3m) whilst Derby are 49th (-1.1m); the bottom 18 all have (> -10m). Bury (-2.8m) are going down the Bolton route. Their players haven't been paid for twelve weeks. Thank goodness we play within our means.

Derby sitting 49th owes a lot to selling their ground,to a company owned by owner Mel Morris. Monday is a must win game, the 170 million and premiership football a must, having spent multi millions in the championship, and having to sell of assets to comply with fair play legislation. 4 of their major players are on loan. Monday could be complete meltdown for our big neighbors.

Fascinating article in The Independent yesterday/today enititled "The Death of the 72".
Couldn't get the link to work but if you're a football fan at our level well worth a read.

I'm posting those videos in the other section, no idea if people are watching or enjoying them at all but I did one on agents.
The premier league spend nearly ยฃ220 MILLION on agents fees alone last season.
That's ยฃ220 Million gone out of our game which isn't or hasn't filtered down the leagues.
The rule changes, incuding the Bosman and the new rules on signing youngsters from academies based on how long you've spent developing them rather than on how good they are, is and will kill the game at all levels, certainly money wise, unless it's addressed.
The game at the top level is funded MAINLY by TV and Sky - if you think it's not, check what % of turnover comes from advertising and see how many clubs at that level are totally reliant on it.
Brian Clough said years ago TV would kill the game. It is, just in a different way than he thought.
