Try making your own mind up instead of being spoon fed club statements? It's been in press statements and on the web-site. Hardly spoon-fed - it's all common knowledge. They're both injured. Really? Lets just see what happens?

Of course what u need to do is act your age not your shoe size. It has not been dusputed our club dont have changing facilities at our training ground. We are essentially a non league club operating in Div1?

I remember seeing Ben Fox going through a warm up routine before the last home match and thinking he didn't look very fit. He was clearly struggling after his injury. At the end of the day we have been pretty solid defensively in recent months so why change things to give a half fit player a run out.
Fox and Clarke both just need to knuckle down, get fit and try and work their way back into the team just like anybody else who isn't a regular starter. That's the whole point of a squad and making people earn their place and that's not unique to our club.

Royston is a Troll (probably a Sheep), just ignore him and maybe, just maybe he will go and spread his positivity somewhere else! Wait for it:- Act your age not your she size. By the way, IF Ben Fox was fit he would probably be in my starting 11, but then again I'm not the manager.

I enjoy banter and looking at different points of view, but royston is just argumentative and ignorant,he is clearly a troll, proper posters on here have gone missing because of the waste of time replying to someone with a agenda just to wind people up. Norah has had to step in to control the written word. and some good posters have disappeared, hopefully by their choice ----i do try to ignore him, but it is very hard. Training ground==showers==Fox.What is he on. Mystery he says lets wait and see what happens [more like Agatha Christie ]than a football club]. Wait like any person who rambles, listen and maybe you can find sense, and sure enough. He states we are a non-league club operating in league 1,==At last the penny has dropped. ln fairness to the club,i prefer lower league,===non-league is a distant memory.==Bring back broomo and perhaps a few more. some where out there=== reality sinks in====we are a small town club doing well.

We are essentially a non league club operating in Div1? Thats a bit rich coming from you Royston. What YOU need to do is stop acting like you know something, hinting it at it and stirring things up, because it suits your agenda to try and find an angle on everything. Why ask the question on the title of the thread when you already think you have knowledge of what is happening? I am privy to lots of little snippets of information but I know when to keep my mouth shut and keep it to myself. If you don't want to share what you think you know then I suggest you keep it to yourself and stop sowing unnecessary seeds of conflict.

It will be with us until at least the end of next season when his contract runs out unless Nigel lets him go elsewhere if another team come in for him. At the end of the day Ben Fox is under contract so what the club say goes until then.

I would have thought anybody who loyally supported and followed their football club with any sort of real interest on a week to week basis would know full well that Clarke was injured after his 2nd game and has only just returned to the squad. Fox has been out with a prolonged hamstring injury.
Not sure why we bother with royston(trent59(johnbrayfordsheader(thelittlefour))) I guess he adds a little humour to the forum when it's quiet?!

Spot on, moving the cover royston can not support the Brewers, but like you say he highlights any thing just to have a dig at the club. Spot on, again with this being a small forum, with a lot of sensible people, his silly post, draws us in,and ain't that funny. We all know Ben Fox has been struggling with a injury, many who just come on to discuss the brewers= plus football in general. Trolls think they are funny. We smile and being polite call it humour======= What has happened to ben fox==== page 2 have to smirk

I think there's only one or two left who agree with Royston here. I used to "support" (in the loosest sense) his views as he played devil advocate quite well, but since he has confirmed his status as a troll.
A bit like that Reading fan π

I would not take anyone too seriously who keeps playing βIβve got a secretβ. Itβs pretty obvious from his negative posts (even when he claims to be trying to be positive) he has little enthusiasm for our great club. Hopefully we can win today to avoid further trolling.

All very simple really. 20+ players in a squad. A club can name only 18 on a match day. It's a RULE for some "fans" that whoever is not named in the match day 18 has definitely fallen out with the manager. This went on even before social media existed.

Close to extending his contract, Knows where to Knuckle down == shucks another conspiracy gone hay wire----jog on Tbh he was going out on loan just a few weeks ago having turned down a three year contract in january hence him basically being bombed until last week. Dont believe all you read on the club website that has always been one of your faults and thats why you and others are at risk of making so many ridiculous assertions over what youve read. Some posters were saying he had already signed a new contract ..... he hadnt still hasnt......... another conspiracy theory quashed..... i could use one of your popular lines and say your talking rubbish but that would be disrepectful wouldnt it Trevor Why would he accept a three year contract on unfavourable terms with one year still left on his existing deal and at his age at our club. He will be nearly 25 when that deal expires. He deserves a lot better than being offered to non league clubs for not signing an unacceptable deal?
