Jake and Marcus have shaken their illness. So they're back. Donny score a lot of goals. We'll need to have our defence on point for this game... And I think we will get a goal. Both teams to score is very likely here I think! So will be 0-0... Wonder if there'll be a new signing before the game? Will Clarke start? Mmm

Defo think Clarke will start as gaffa appear to have had it with Brayford at full back?

Doncaster Rovers-Keepmoat stadium-capacity 15-231==average attendance 7-725, sittin 7th in league 1 gate recipes over 2 million more than the Brewers. Teams like donni we need to get points off,any body under 10,000 gates we have to compete with to stay in this league.3 points are already in our pocket. So a draw would be a good result, Gillingham is past a bad day at the office, lets hope we bring home the point==4 out of 6 points a good return

This game has to be won by the Brewers in order to maintain our slim hopes of a playoff place , the gap currently 12 points is almost insurmountable. Defeat will lead to minimal signings next week and one or two players released as a cost cutting measure to counterbalance the ensuing lower home league match attendances , even lower than those witnessed recently.

I’m not sure that lower attendances is necessarily going to happen. As you say, they are already low. I think we have our core support currently.

The people of Burton and surrounding area's who do not get behind the Brewers after years of unbelievable success and progression should be ashamed of themselves!

They love a good moan though. Supporting Derby always allows them a good moan.

And I wasn’t moaning, just assertively stating a point of view.

www.footballwebpages.co.uk/league-one/attendancesFWIW just for imformation. Our average gate is 3000+ because of away support but as with posters above I think we are down toward 2000 as our core support and have been at that most of this season which yes is a shame. I'm not sure I agree with the "plastic" "bandwagon" description of occasional fans they are the ones the club/marketing dept. should be targetting. I'm an occasional cinema goer but am always welcomed! Off topic I know, apologies.

With our performances on the pitch, some fans forget we are just a small club with approx 3000 fans on a good day , giving a budget of approx 1-5 million for wages and transfers .Our foray into the championship gave us the cash for Boyce, plus the profit on Irvine, plus approx 5-6 million more for being in the championship. So activities on the field have took us to heights not dreamed of, .But the club and fan base-non league teams get bigger gates.Burton v Reading 2-750 in the Championship.Disgusting, But that is where we are.And Donni away is a big challenge,a draw will be good Sorry about the rant but fans moaning about our performances on the pitch, forgetting we are in league 1,our future will be to consolidate in this league, and maybe have another go at the championship. where again we lose our best players, because of our wage Budget it does not sustain top level football. So lets concentrate on the fan base, not the playing side of the club. Enjoy Doncaster should be a good game be positive we already have 3 points off them

Oh dear Do you think that us getting battered has put a few people off?!! Aah, Donny - the memories, the sun burn, the Calum Butcher miss, the nine men, SCS lifted high in his last game, the relief, the disbelief, the cheerleaders (urgh...have a shave next time lads) the pitch invasion, the three Donny fans trying to kick it off and the drive home and celebrations. Oh dear, work next day. I think we'll do well to get a point. But then again, who knows? We're playing great. But will we score enough?
