I think the big TV screens at most clubs are leased and more than pay for themselves due to the extra advertising revenue they bring in Advertising revenues aren't that massive. Only in use once a fortnight for a couple of hours and then only to a limited audience. We looked at the one Norwich have got last summer. Significant six figure sums require. I guess when you factor in the smaller amount of people inside the stadium to see the advertising then the prices we could charge wouldn't stack up as much as when the same screen gets installed at a 30k plus capacity ground Talking of big screens. Have you guys seen this Qatar stadium? m.youtube.com/watch?v=wtm2wZXiGho!

A week or two ago I heard Warnock commentating on a game on Radio 5. 'The left back is a real weakness. He is really slow, he keeps getting caught out of position and the opposition are exploiting this again and again'.

More from the Radio 5 Warnock Watch.
Last night he was talking about the Granit Xhaka incident and he was asked if he had ever been booed by his own fans. 'Yes' he said. There was a bit of a pause and I was sure he was going to say at our club ! 'When I was at Aston Villa' he said.
To set the record straight I never heard anyone boo him. Not once. However, lots near to me on the Popside were grumbling very audibly about him once they had seen him play half a dozen times.
