The above may or may not have a ripple effect to our level
We operate under entirely different FFP rules than UEFA or even the Premier League
Football League Chairmen have democratically voted for these rules
And at the time it was verified by European Court (the highest that could oversee any cases) that our Leagues are able to vote and make rules on finance and any other rules we want for our own competitions as long as this was done democratically
Then each club has the choice whether to sign up to our FFP rules and play in our Leagues or choose not to
Same way they could opt out if they don't like 3 points for a win etc
So I don't think this will impact us much or our own FFP rules
Not until we qualify for Europe of course!
