why? I think just playing football even with Derbys U21's right now is a huge success, if he plays League football again I think he will be happy.

I FELT surprisingly good after my first game back in almost three years. I was aching a bit, as you would expect, because it is quite a step up from training to playing. I trained the following week after the under-21 game and then last week I managed to get in four training sessions within the space of seven days, probably for the first time since 2010. It was by far the most intense week of training I have had for a very long time. Two of the sessions were with the first team and two with the under-21s.
